| Prof. Zhihui Lv Fudan University, China Biography: Zhihui Lv, male, born in Inner Mongolia, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Computer Science and Technology, Fudan University. In July 2004, Fudan University worked as a doctor in computer science after graduation. 2009.10-2010.10 Visiting scholar of Yale University Computer Department. The main research fields include: network multimedia technology, cloud computing and service computing technology, big data architecture, edge computing, blockchain distributed system, network security technology, cloud data center management technology. Doctoral and master's courses: advanced network, distributed system (including big data system, cloud computing and edge computing, blockchain technology), network multimedia content distribution technology, data center management technology. Undergraduate course: analysis and design of information system, multimedia information technology, introduction to network security. |
| Prof. Jingsong Yang State Key Laboratory of Satellite Ocean Environment Dynamics (SOED), China Shanghai Jiao Tong University, ChinaBiography: Dr. Jingsong Yang, a third-level researcher, head of the marine microwave remote sensing team of the State Key Laboratory of Satellite Marine Environmental Dynamics, part-time professor of Zhejiang University and Hehai University, doctoral supervisor, and editorial board member of Oceanographic Research. Graduated from the Department of Physics of Zhejiang University in 1990, began to engage in the research of marine microwave remote sensing and satellite oceanography in 1996, obtained the doctor's degree in physical oceanography of Qingdao Ocean University in 2001, completed post-doctoral research in the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003, and went to the European Space Research Institute (ESRIN) for cooperative research from August 2010 to January 2011. It has undertaken more than 20 national, provincial and international cooperation projects, and has made many innovative achievements in the mechanism of marine microwave remote sensing, remote sensing technology and application, and remote sensing equipment development. He has won the first prize and the second prize of the provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards twice, five invention patents, published more than 100 academic papers, and published a monograph "Synthetic Aperture Radar Sea Wind Field, Sea Wave and Internal Wave Remote Sensing Technology". |
| Prof. Hua Qian Southeast University, ChinaBiography: Hua Qian, male, born in 1978, Ph.D., professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Energy and Environment of Southeast University. Bachelor and Master of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University; PhD, Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Hong Kong. He also served as the vice chairman of the Indoor Environment and Health Branch of the Chinese Environmental Society, the member of the Ventilation Special Committee of the International Society for Indoor Air Quality (ISIAQ), and the guest researcher of the National Key Laboratory of Cryogenic Propellants, etc., mainly engaged in the research of indoor air environment, biological aerosol dispersion characteristics and numerical heat transfer simulation. Presided or presided over the completion of national key research and development plan projects, sub-projects, National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund, general projects, 7 national projects, national key laboratory open projects and more than 10 enterprise horizontal projects. More than 150 papers have been published, including 83 SCI index papers, which have been cited by SCI journals for more than 4900 times. Two main author (one work/communication) papers have been selected as the key publication of "Indoor Air and COVID-19" of EPA of the United States Environment Agency. |

| Assoc. Prof. Xiaohao Cai University of Southampton, UK Biography: Xiaohao Cai is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor equivalent) in the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton. He received his PhD degree in mathematics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2012. He afterwards was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Mathematics of the Technische Universitat Kaiserslautern in Germany. After that he was a Research Fellow (Wellcome Trust and Issac Newton Trust) affiliated with the Department of Plant Sciences and Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge. Thenceforth, before joining Southampton, he was a Research Fellow in the Mullard Space Science Laboratory (MSSL) at University College London (UCL). He is Fellow of Advance HE in the UK. He has broad multi-disciplinary research interests in applied mathematics, statistics, and computer science, with main focus and applications in image/signal/data processing, optimisation, machine learning and computer vision. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers on top journals such as SIAM journals and IEEE transactions. |
